Khawnan Management Solutions LLC — Terms of Service
Effective Date: February 25, 2026
Last Updated: February 25, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of SermonKeep, our website located at https://SermonKeep.com , and any related services provided by Khawnan Management Solutions LLC ("we," "us," or "our").
When you create a SermonKeep account or use SermonKeep, you agree to abide by these Terms and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with these Terms, you are prohibited from further using the app, accessing our website, or using any other services provided by Khawnan Management Solutions LLC.
If you access or download SermonKeep from the Apple App Store, you agree to any Usage Rules set forth in the App Store Terms of Service.
We reserve the right to review and amend any of these Terms at our sole discretion. Upon doing so, we will update this page and notify you through the app and/or the email address you provided when you created your account. Any changes to these Terms will take effect immediately from the date of publication.
1. Eligibility and Age Requirement
You must be at least 13 years of age to use SermonKeep. If you are between the ages of 13 and 18, you may only use SermonKeep with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.
2. Account Creation and Anonymous Use
SermonKeep allows you to begin using the app without creating a full account. When you first open the app, an anonymous session is created for you automatically. You may later upgrade to a full account by providing an email address and password, or by signing in through a supported authentication provider (such as Apple Sign In or Google).
When you upgrade from an anonymous session to a full account, your existing data — including notes, recordings, and settings — is preserved and linked to your new account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
3. Subscriptions, Payments, and Free Tier
3.1 Free Tier
SermonKeep offers a permanent free tier that includes a one-time allotment of free transcription minutes and full access to Bible reading features. The free tier is not a trial and does not expire, though the transcription minutes are consumed as you use them and do not replenish.
3.2 Paid Subscriptions
Paid subscriptions are available on a monthly or annual basis and provide a monthly allotment of transcription and processing tokens. Subscription details, including current pricing and token allotments, are displayed in the app at the time of purchase.
Subscriptions are processed through Apple's in-app purchase system and managed via our payment partner, RevenueCat. All billing, renewals, and cancellations are governed by Apple's terms and policies.
3.3 Billing and Renewal
Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually) unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's App Store settings.
3.4 Refunds
All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be directed to Apple in accordance with their refund policies. We do not process refunds directly.
3.5 Unused Tokens
Unused monthly tokens do not carry over to the next billing period. When your subscription renews, your token allotment resets to the amount included in your plan.
3.6 Price Changes
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing at any time. If pricing changes affect your current subscription, we will provide notice in advance. Price changes will not take effect until your next renewal period, and you may cancel your subscription before the new pricing takes effect.
4. Audio Recording, Transcription, and Third-Party Services
4.1 Audio Recording and Storage
SermonKeep allows you to record audio directly within the app. Audio recordings are stored locally on your device and, if enabled, synchronized through your personal iCloud account. We do not store your audio files on our servers.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary permissions and legal right to record audio in your environment. Recording laws vary by jurisdiction, and some locations require the consent of all parties being recorded.
4.2 Transcription Processing
When you submit audio for transcription, the audio is temporarily transmitted to our third-party transcription provider (currently AssemblyAI) for processing. The audio is used solely for the purpose of generating a transcript and is handled in accordance with the provider's data processing policies. We do not retain copies of your audio on our servers after processing is complete.
4.3 YouTube Imports
SermonKeep allows you to import sermon content from YouTube by providing a video URL. When you use this feature, we extract publicly available transcript data associated with the video using third-party services.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have the right to use and import content from YouTube. We do not download, store, or redistribute the original video content. YouTube imports are subject to YouTube's Terms of Service.
5. AI-Generated Content
5.1 Nature of AI Content
SermonKeep uses artificial intelligence services (currently provided by Anthropic) to generate sermon summaries, theological analysis, key points, scripture reference detection, study questions, quizzes, and chat responses. This content is generated automatically by machine learning models and is provided for informational and study purposes only.
5.2 No Guarantee of Accuracy
AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, omissions, or misinterpretations. This includes but is not limited to theological analysis, scripture references, sermon summaries, and chat responses. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or theological correctness of any AI-generated content.
5.3 Not a Substitute for Pastoral Guidance
AI-generated content is not a substitute for personal Bible study, pastoral counsel, theological education, or professional advice of any kind. You should independently verify any information, interpretation, or guidance provided by the AI features before relying on it.
5.4 AI Chat
The AI chat feature allows you to ask questions about your sermon notes or general biblical topics. The chat feature is powered by AI and is subject to the same limitations described above. The AI chat is not a counseling service and should not be used as a substitute for pastoral care, mental health support, or crisis intervention.
6. Bible Content and Translations
SermonKeep includes Bible text from multiple translations. Bible translations are used under license from their respective copyright holders and are subject to the terms and conditions of those licenses.
You may read and interact with Bible text within the app for personal, non-commercial use. You may not extract, reproduce, or redistribute substantial portions of any Bible translation accessed through SermonKeep except as permitted by the applicable translation's license terms.
7. Limitations of Use
By using SermonKeep and our website, you warrant on behalf of yourself, any entity you represent who has entered into these Terms, and your users that you will not:

- use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with SermonKeep in a manner not intended by its design; or
- share, resell, or redistribute your account credentials or subscription access to third parties.
8. Intellectual Property
The intellectual property in the materials in SermonKeep and on our website are owned by or licensed to Khawnan Management Solutions LLC. You may download SermonKeep to view, use, and display the application on your mobile device for your personal use only.
This constitutes the grant of a license, not a transfer of title. This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions or the Terms, and may be terminated by Khawnan Management Solutions LLC at any time.
9. User-Generated Content
You retain your intellectual property ownership rights over content you submit to us for publication within SermonKeep and/or on its corresponding website. We will never claim ownership of your content, but we do require a limited license from you in order to operate the service.
When you use SermonKeep or its associated services to post, upload, share, or otherwise transmit content covered by intellectual property rights, you grant to us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, store, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the SermonKeep service. This includes transmitting your content to third-party services (such as transcription and AI providers) as necessary to deliver the features you use.
The license you grant us can be terminated at any time by deleting your content or account. Upon deletion, we will remove your content from our active systems within a reasonable timeframe, subject to any technical limitations or backup retention schedules.
10. Account Termination and Data Deletion
10.1 Your Right to Terminate
You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon account deletion:
- Your personal data, notes, and AI-generated content stored on our servers will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
- Audio recordings stored in your iCloud account are not affected by account deletion and remain under your control.
- Any active subscription will continue until the end of the current billing period. You must cancel your subscription separately through the App Store.
10.2 Our Right to Terminate
We may suspend or terminate your SermonKeep account and right to use SermonKeep immediately upon written notice to you for any breach of these Terms. We may also terminate accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 months, with 30 days' prior notice sent to the email address on file.
11. Automatic Updates
You give us permission to download and install updates to SermonKeep on your device in accordance with your privacy preferences. This permission can be revoked at any time by deleting SermonKeep from your device.
12. Liability
SermonKeep and the materials in SermonKeep and on our website are provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, Khawnan Management Solutions LLC makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property, or other violation of rights.
In no event shall Khawnan Management Solutions LLC or its suppliers be liable for any consequential loss suffered or incurred by you or any third party arising from the use or inability to use SermonKeep, our website, or any other services provided by Khawnan Management Solutions LLC or the materials in SermonKeep, even if Khawnan Management Solutions LLC or an authorized representative has been notified, orally or in writing, of the possibility of such damage.
In the context of this agreement, "consequential loss" includes any consequential loss, indirect loss, real or anticipated loss of profit, loss of benefit, loss of revenue, loss of business, loss of goodwill, loss of opportunity, loss of savings, loss of reputation, loss of use and/or loss or corruption of data, whether under statute, contract, equity, tort (including negligence), indemnity or otherwise.
Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.
13. Accuracy of Materials
The materials appearing in SermonKeep or on our website are not comprehensive and are for general information purposes only. To the extent permitted by law, Khawnan Management Solutions LLC does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials in SermonKeep or on our website, or otherwise relating to such materials or on any resources linked to SermonKeep and our website. This disclaimer extends to all AI-generated content, including but not limited to transcriptions, summaries, theological analysis, scripture references, and chat responses.
14. Third-Party Services
SermonKeep integrates with the following categories of third-party services to provide its features:
- Transcription services for converting audio to text
- AI services for generating summaries, analysis, and chat responses
- Payment processing services for managing subscriptions

We are not responsible for the practices, policies, or availability of any third-party service. Your use of SermonKeep may be subject to the terms and conditions of these third-party providers. Disruptions or changes in third-party services may temporarily affect SermonKeep features.
15. Links
Khawnan Management Solutions LLC has not reviewed all of the sites linked to SermonKeep or on its corresponding website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. You hereby represent and warrant that (1) you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist supporting" country; and (2) you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
17. Severance
Any term of these Terms which is wholly or partially void or unenforceable is severed to the extent that it is void or unenforceable. The validity of the remainder of these Terms is not affected.
